Turkish Airlines canceled Dhaka-Istanbul flights

Turkish Airlines has canceled 24 flights on the Dhaka-Istanbul route in the wake of the Corona virus infection (COVID-19). Turkish Airlines authorities said this in a statement on Thursday (19 March 2020).

In addition to Istanbul from Bangladesh to Turkey on the Dhaka route flight, the airline used to transport passengers to various countries in Europe and North America.

Turkish Airlines authorities said that in view of the recent situation, a total of 24 flights on Dhaka route have been canceled.

Turkish Airlines’ flights from Dhaka to Istanbul (TK-713) on March 23, 25, 27, 30 and April 1, 3, 6, 8, 10, 14, 15, 17 were canceled.

Also flights from Istanbul to Dhaka (TK-12) were canceled on March 22, 24, 26, 29, 31 and April 2, 5, 7, 9, 12, 14, 16.

As, Dhaka-Istanbul flights canceled by Turkish Airlines, many tourists will suffer to return home who are staying Turkey right now.

The company said that passengers who had a travel date between May 31, 2020 can change the date of the free of cost. Also, if one does not travel or travel partially (one way), the rest of the money will be refunded.
